My manager and mentor that has been giving me opportunities at Pacific West was let go this past week. I have been given such a great chance to see and experience the Construction world from the management stand point. I have been able to estimate, draft, design, submit, communicate, and learn from many qualified people in the construction industry.  I have two more semesters at Weber State University and will need to see if I can find a new job that can give me a place where I can utilize my experience and knowledge and start a career. Pacific West has been such a good opportunity but they are not willing to invest in me since my manager was let go.
